Our mission is to stand up for your rights and make sure that the respective fee due to you is paid timely. See, ring, come to our office and join!

The organization is the assignee of Association of legal bodies "Association on protection of copyright and related rights" Amanat ". The private establishment "The Noncommercial organization on protection of copyright and related rights of "Amanat", is the independent noncommercial organization, exercising collective administration of the rights of executors, manufacturers of soundtracks, other owners of the adjacent rights. Activity of PE "Amanat" is directed on preservation and development of culture of Kazakhstan, show business development in Kazakhstan, realization and protection of copyright and related rights. Our organization, protecting your interests, helps to interfere effectively with distribution of "piracy" and unapproved use of objects of the adjacent rights.

"Amanat" operates adhering to the principles of voluntary and equal membership and democratic self-government.

Over 560 Kazakh performers have already entered into contracts with Private establishment "Amanat". They include such well-known and loved in Kazakhstan and outside it artists and bands as Yerlan Kokeyev, Jamilya Serkebayeva, JSC band, Motoroller band and many others.  

Private establishment "The Noncommercial organization "Amanat" focuses on:

	• Protecting and exercising rights of performers and phonogram producers to fee for public performance, as well as for broadcast or on cable TV phonograms released for commercial purposes
	• Assisting the title holders exercising and protecting their intellectual property rights on a contractual basis, including mandate to be granted by other Kazakh and foreign organisations to manage rights on a collective basis.

Private Establishment "the Noncommercial organization on protection of copyright and related rights "Amanat" has received on July, 27th, 2016 accreditations in following spheres:

- in sphere of realization of the rights of authors, executors, manufacturers of soundtracks and audiovisual products on compensation reception for reproduction of soundtracks and audiovisual products to suit the own ends and without reception of incomes;

- in sphere of realization of the rights of manufacturers of soundtracks on reception of compensation for public execution, and also for the general message on a cable or transfer to an ether of the soundtracks published in commercial objectives;

- in sphere of realization of executors on reception of compensation for public execution, and also for the message for general data on a cable or transfers to an ether of soundtracks published in commercial objectives.
